Thus said יהוה, “For three transgressions of Tsor, and for four, I do not turn it back, because they surrendered an entire exile to Eḏ

“Son of man, Neḇ

And he also rebelled against Sovereign Neḇ

Be ashamed, O Tsiḏ

‘And you shall command them to say to their masters, “Thus said יהוה of hosts, the Elohim of Yisra’ĕ

And I spoke to Tsiḏ

And it came to be in that year, at the beginning of the reign of Tsiḏ
