In the beginning of the reign of Yehoyaqim son of Yoshiyahu, the sovereign of Yehuḏ

And it came to be in that year, at the beginning of the reign of Tsiḏ

And I spoke to Tsiḏ

and shall send them to the sovereign of Eḏ
