In the beginning Elohim created the heavens and the earth.

The heavens are proclaiming the esteem of Ě

“When He gave to the sea its limit, So that the waters would not transgress His command, When He decreed the foundations of the earth,

Who has measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, and measured the heavens with a span, and contained the dust of the earth in a measure, and weighed the mountains in scales and the hills in a balance?

“Also, My hand has laid the foundation of the earth, and My right hand has stretched out the heavens. I call to them, let them stand together.

“And you have forgotten יהוה  your Maker who stretched out the heavens and laid the foundations of the earth, and you continually fear, all the day, because of the rage of the oppressor, as he has prepared to destroy. And where is the rage of the oppressor?

“Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look on the earth beneath, for the heavens shall vanish like smoke, and the earth wear out like a garment, and those who dwell in it die as gnats. But My deliverance is forever, and My righteousness is not broken.

And now, O יהוה, You are our Father. We are the clay, and You our potter. And we are all the work of Your hand.

‘Ah, Master יהוה! See, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. There is no matter too hard for You,

The message of the word of יהוה  against Yisra’ĕ

and lest you lift up your eyes to the heavens, and shall see the sun, and the moon, and the stars – all the host of the heavens – and you be drawn away into bowing down to them and serving them, which יהוה  your Elohim has allotted to all the peoples under all the heavens.

And this, “Yet once more,” makes clear the removal of what is shaken – as having been made – so that the unshaken matters might remain.
