And the waters decreased steadily until the tenth month. In the tenth month, on the first day of the month, the tops of the mountains became visible.

In the six hundredth year of Noaḥ

And the waters receded steadily from the earth, and at the end of the hundred and fifty days the waters diminished.

And in the seventh month, the seventeenth day of the month, the ark rested on the mountains of Ararat.

And it came to be, at the end of forty days, that Noaḥ
