For it is perfectly clear that our Master arose from Yehuḏ
But chose the tribe of Yehuḏ
for Yehuḏ
And these were the sons of Dawiḏ

And יהוה said, “Yehuḏ

And she conceived again and bore a son, and she called his name Onan.

“And let your house be like the house of Perets, whom Tamar bore to Yehuḏ
Uthai son of Ammihuḏ
And she conceived yet again and bore a son, and called his name Shĕ
