And he built there an altar and called the place El Bĕ
And יהוה appeared to Aḇ
And from there he moved to the mountain east of Bĕ
And Yaʽ
And see, יהוה stood above it and said, “I am יהוה Elohim of Aḇ
And he was afraid and said, “How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of Elohim, and this is the gate of the heavens!”
And he called the name of that place Bĕ
then this stone which I have set as a standing column shall be Elohim’s house, and of all that You give me, I shall certainly give a tenth to You.”

And Elohim said to Yaʽ
“And let us arise and go up to Bĕ
And Mosheh built an altar and called its name, יהוה Nissi,
“All around: eighteen thousand cubits. And the name of the city from that day is: יהוה is there!”
