The sons of the exile, who had come from the captivity, brought burnt offerings to the Elohim of Yisra’ĕ

And these are the sons of the province who came back from the captivity of the exiles, whom Neḇ

and offered at the dedication of this House of Elah one hundred bulls, two hundred rams, four hundred lambs, and as a sin offering for all Yisra’ĕ

with the number and weight of all. And all the weight was written down at that time.
