‘And on the first day is a set-apart gathering, and on the seventh day you have a set-apart gathering. No work at all is done on them, only that which is eaten by every being, that alone is prepared by you.

‘And on this same day you shall proclaim a set-apart gathering for yourselves, you do no servile work on it – a law forever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.

but the seventh day is a Sabbath of יהוה  your Elohim. You do not do any work – you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates.

“See, because יהוה  has given you the Sabbath, therefore He is giving you bread for two days on the sixth day. Let each one stay in his place, do not let anyone go out of his place on the seventh day.”

“And it shall be on the sixth day that they shall prepare what they bring in, and it shall be twice as much as they gather daily.”

Therefore, since it was the Preparation Day, that the bodies should not remain on the stake on the Sabbath – for that Sabbath was a high one – the Yehuḏ

“Guard the Festival of Unleavened Bread. For seven days you eat unleavened bread, as I commanded you, in the appointed time of the month of Aḇ

“Six days you eat unleavened bread, and on the seventh day there is a closing festival to יהוה  your Elohim – you do no work.

“Stop bringing futile offerings, incense, it is an abomination to Me. New Moons, Sabbaths, the calling of meetings – I am unable to bear unrighteousness and assembly.

‘And on the day of the first-fruits, when you bring a new grain offering to יהוה  at your Festival of Weeks, you have a set-apart gathering, you do no servile work.
