“Let my instruction fall as rain, My speech drop down as dew, As fine rain on the tender plants, And as showers on the grass.
Let Him come down like rain upon the mown grass, Like showers, watering the earth.

“Ephrayim, what would I do with you? Yehuḏ
“Who rules in the fear of Elohim, Is like the light of the morning when the sun rises, A morning without clouds, Tender grass from the earth From sunshine, from rain.’
For ground that is drinking the rain often falling on it, and is bearing plants fit for those by whom it is tilled, receives blessing from Elohim,
Ask יהוה for rain in the time of the latter rain, יהוה who makes storm clouds. And He gives them showers of rain, the plants in the field to everyone.
“I shall be like the dew to Yisra’ĕ
Its ridges have been filled, Its furrows have been deepened, You make it soft with showers, You bless its growth.
For I gave you good instruction: Do not forsake my Torah.
