“When you make a vow to יהוה your Elohim, do not delay to pay it, for יהוה your Elohim is certainly requiring it of you, and it shall be sin in you.
And Yaʽ
make your prayer to Him. And He shall hear you, and you shall pay your vows.
I pay my vows to יהוה In the presence of all His people,
He has not put out his silver at interest, And has not taken a bribe against the innocent. He who does these is never moved.
“Offer thanksgiving to Elohim, And pay your vows to the Most High.
On me, O Elohim, are Your vows; I render praises to You,
So I sing praise to Your Name forever, When I pay my vows day by day.
Make vows to יהוה your Elohim, and pay them. Let all who are around Him bring presents To the One to be feared.
and My wrath shall burn and I shall slay you with the sword, your wives shall be widows and your children fatherless.
if he does not lend on interest or take increase, turns back his hand from unrighteousness, executes right-ruling in truth between man and man,
And the men feared יהוה exceedingly, and brought an offering to יהוה and made vows.
“But I offer to You with the voice of thanksgiving, I pay what I have vowed. Deliverance is of יהוה.”

“Do not bring the gift of a whore or the pay of a dog to the House of יהוה your Elohim for any vowed offering, for both of these are an abomination to יהוה your Elohim.
“But when you abstain from vowing, it is not sin in you.
