And the sovereign said, “Let him return to his own house, but do not let him see my face.” And Aḇ
And Aḇ
And it came to be at the end of four years that Aḇ
“For your servant vowed a vow while I dwelt at Geshur in Aram, saying, ‘If יהוה indeed brings me back to Yerushalayim, then I shall serve יהוה.’ ”
And the sovereign was shaken, and went up to the room over the gate, and wept. And as he went, he said this, “O my son Aḇ
And Dawiḏ
Now his father had not worried him at any time by saying, “Why have you done so?” He was also very good-looking. And he was born after Aḇ
And he said, “You know that the reign was mine, and all Yisra’ĕ
And these were the sons of Dawiḏ
