So the woman in her wisdom went to all the people. And they cut off the head of Sheḇ

And they took Aḇ

Yo’aḇ

And there came to be a man of Beliyaʽ

Then a wise woman called out from the city, “Listen, listen! Please say to Yo’aḇ

Wisdom makes the wise strong, more than ten rulers that are in the city.

Because the sentence against an evil deed is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is filled in them to do evil.
