And a watchman stood on the tower in Yizreʽ
And Aḇ
Now Dawiḏ
And he said, “You know that the reign was mine, and all Yisra’ĕ
They then took two chariots with horses. And the sovereign sent them in the direction of the camp of Aram, saying, “Go and see.”
And Yĕ
And the horseman went to meet him, and said, “Thus said the sovereign, ‘Is there peace?’ ” And Yĕ
Then he sent out a second horseman who came to them, and said, “Thus said the sovereign, ‘Is there peace?’ ” And Yĕ
His watchmen are blind, all of them, they have not known. All of them are dumb dogs, unable to bark, dreaming, lying down, loving to slumber.
I have set watchmen on your walls, O Yerushalayim, all the day and all the night, continually, who are not silent. You who remember יהוה, give yourselves no rest,
