2 Chronicles 14:11

The Scriptures 1998

And Asa called to ื™ื”ื•ื”ย  his Elohim, and said, “ื™ื”ื•ื”, there is no one but You to help between the mighty and the powerless. Help us, O ื™ื”ื•ื”ย  our Elohim, for we rest on You, and in Your Name we go against this crowd. O ื™ื”ื•ื”, You are our Elohim, do not let man prevail against You!”

“And they shall fight against you, but not prevail against you. For I am with you,” declares ื™ื”ื•ื”, “to deliver you.”


They cried to You, and were delivered; They trusted in You, and were not ashamed.


Some trust in chariots, and some in horses, But we remember the Name of ื™ื”ื•ื”ย  our Elohim.


What then shall we say to this? If Elohim is for us, who is against us?


‘And it shall be that everyone who calls on the Name of ื™ื”ื•ื”ย  shall be saved.’


The Name of ื™ื”ื•ื”ย  is a strong tower; The righteous run into it and are safe.


And the children of Yisra’ฤ•


And Yehonathan said to the young man who bore his armour, “Come, and let us go over to the outpost of these uncircumcised. If so be, ื™ื”ื•ื”ย  does work for us. For there is no hindrance for ื™ื”ื•ื”ย  to save by many or by few.”


In my distress I cried to ื™ื”ื•ื”, And He answered me.


“And call upon Me in the day of distress โ€“ Let Me rescue you, and you esteem Me.”


“When he calls on Me, I answer him; I am with him in distress; I deliver him and esteem him.


Commit your way to ื™ื”ื•ื”, And trust in Him, and He does it.


And they were helped against them, and the Hagrites were given into their hand, and all who were with them. For they cried out to Elohim in the battle, and He answered their prayer, because they put their trust in Him.


“With him is an arm of flesh, but with us is ื™ื”ื•ื”ย  our Elohim, to help us and to fight our battles.” And the people leaned on the words of Hฬฃ


“Peace I leave with you โ€“ My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.


In my distress I called upon ื™ื”ื•ื”, And to my Elohim I cried; He heard my voice from His Hฤ•


Arise, O ื™ื”ื•ื”, Do not let man prevail; Let the gentiles be judged before Your face.


And when Pharaoh drew near, the children of Yisra’ฤ•


“Let not your heart be troubled. Believe in Elohim, believe also in Me.


For thus said ื™ื”ื•ื”ย  of hosts (for the sake of esteem He sent me to the gentiles which plunder you): “For he who touches you touches the apple of My eye.


Cease from man, whose breath is in his nostrils, for in what is he to be reckoned upon?


This poor one cried out and ื™ื”ื•ื”ย  heard him, And saved him out of all his distresses.


And ื™ื”ื•ื”ย  said to Gidฬฑ


“For ื™ื”ื•ื”ย  rightly rules His people And has compassion on His servants, When He sees that their power is gone, And there is no one remaining, Shut up or at large.


“How would one chase a thousand, And two put ten thousand to flight, Unless their Rock had sold them, And ื™ื”ื•ื”ย  had given them up?


‘And five of you shall pursue a hundred, and a hundred of you pursue ten thousand. And your enemies shall fall by the sword before you.


And he fell to the ground, and heard a voice saying to him, “Sha’ul, Sha’ul, why do you persecute Me?”


“And by the belief in His Name, this one whom you see and know, His Name made strong, and the belief which comes through Him has given him this perfect healing before all of you.


who is flashing forth destruction upon the strong, so that destruction comes upon the stronghold.


We sing of Your deliverance, And in the Name of our Elohim we set up a banner! ื™ื”ื•ื”ย  does fill all your requests!


“O our Elohim, would You not judge them? For we are powerless against this great army that is coming against us. And we do not know what to do, but our eyes are upon You.”


“He guards the feet of His kind ones, but the wrong are silent in darkness, for man does not become mighty by power.


O ื™ื”ื•ื”ย  our Elohim, other masters besides You have had rule over us; only in You do we make mention of Your Name.


And it came to be, when the commanders of the chariots saw Yehoshaphat, that they said, “It is the sovereign of Yisra’ฤ•


“And see, with us as Head is Elohim Himself, and His priests with sounding trumpets to sound the alarm against you. O children of Yisra’ฤ•


‘If I did not fear the enemy’s taunt, Lest their adversaries misunderstand, Lest they say, “Our hand is high, And ื™ื”ื•ื”ย  has not done all this.” ’


“And I also say to you that you are Kฤ•


and all this assembly know that ื™ื”ื•ื”ย  does not save with sword and spear, for the battle belongs to ื™ื”ื•ื”, and He shall give you into our hands.”


“When Your people go out to battle against their enemy, in the way that You send them, and they shall pray to ื™ื”ื•ื”ย  toward the city which You have chosen and toward the House which I have built for Your Name,


And Asa went out against him, and they set battle in array in the Valley of Tsephathah at Marฤ•


“But if you are going, do it! Be strong in battle, else Elohim would make you fall before the enemy, for Elohim has power to help and to overthrow.”


And in that day it shall be that the remnant of Yisra’ฤ•


And he walked in the way of his father Asa and did not turn aside from it, doing what was right in the eyes of ื™ื”ื•ื”.


And Elohim helped him against the Philistines, and against the Arabฬฑ


They, they have bowed down and fallen; But we have risen and are established.


But I am a worm, and no man; A reproach of men, and despised by the people.
