Drawing near to Him, a living Stone – rejected indeed by men, but chosen by Elohim and precious –

“Is this not the son of the carpenter? Is not His mother called Miryam? And His brothers Yaʽ

But Naḇ

And Sha’ul sent the messengers back to see Dawiḏ

Then Sha’ul hurled the spear, for he said, “Let me smite Dawiḏ

And Dawiḏ

But Sha’ul spoke not a word that day, for he thought, “It is an accident; he is not clean, for he has not been cleansed.”

And Yehonathan answered Sha’ul, “Dawiḏ
