He will be standing firm like a flourishing tree planted by God’s design, deeply rooted by the brooks of bliss, bearing fruit in every season of life. He is never dry, never fainting, ever blessed, ever prosperous.

Yahweh’s blessed ones receive the land, but the cursed ones will be cut off with nothing to show for themselves.

The lover of God is enriched beyond belief, but the evil man only curses his luck.

The household of the wicked is soon torn apart, while the family of the righteous flourishes.

There is prosperity in the house of the righteous, but the house of the wicked is filled with trouble, no matter how much money they have.

A godly, righteous person has the ability to bring the light of instruction to the wicked even though he despises what the wicked do.

You must not take for yourselves anything that is dedicated to Yahweh or you will bring trouble and destruction to the entire Israelite camp!

Get up and purify the people in preparation for tomorrow. Tell them, ‘This is what Yahweh, the God of Israel says: “O Israel, you have in your midst what must be devoted entirely to me! You cannot stand against your enemies until you remove the devoted things from your midst!”
