I will break open mysteries with my music, and my song will release riddles solved.

A parable and a proverb are hidden in what I say— an intriguing riddle from the past.

Those enlightened with wisdom have spoken these proverbs: Judgment must be impartial, for it is always wrong to be swayed by a person’s status.

“When their reign comes to an end and their crimes have reached their full measure, there will arise a stern king, skilled in stubbornness and trickery.

He said to them, “The privilege of intimately knowing the mystery of God’s kingdom realm has been granted to you, but not to the others, where everything is revealed in parables.

He never spoke to them without using parables, but would wait until he was alone with his disciples to explain to them their meanings.

But solid food is for the mature, whose spiritual senses perceive heavenly matters. And they have been adequately trained by what they’ve experienced to emerge with understanding of the difference between what is truly excellent and what is evil and harmful.

He consistently speaks of these things in all of his letters, even though he writes some concepts that are overwhelming to our understanding, which the unlearned and unstable love to twist to their spiritual ruin, as they do to other Scriptures.
