This is the prophecy against Babylon that God revealed to Isaiah, son of Amoz:

Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon didn’t take them away when he took captive Jeconiah son of Jehoiakim to Babylon along with all the leaders of Judah and Jerusalem.

Nebuzaradan the field general held captive anyone left behind in Jerusalem and the deserters who had gone over to him and took them all away to distant Babylon.
