“I will stir up civil strife and cause the Egyptians to fight against one another— one against the other, neighbor against neighbor, city against city, kingdom against kingdom.

Everyone will take advantage of everyone else, and neighbor will struggle against neighbor. The youth will not respect their elders, and the dishonorable will sneer at those worthy of honor.
