Then Jacob blessed Pharaoh again and departed.
Later, Joseph brought Jacob into the house and presented him before Pharaoh. And Jacob gave Pharaoh a blessing.
And no one could deny the fact that the one who has the power to impart a blessing is superior to the one who receives it. –
Let no one who sees them say, “May the blessings of Yahweh be upon your life. May the Lord bless you.”
He spoke over him a special blessing, saying, “Blessed is Abram by God Most High, Creator of heaven and earth.
When I stand before kings, I will tell them the truth and will never be ashamed.
At that moment, Boaz came from Bethlehem to survey his harvest. He greeted the harvesters, “May Yahweh be with you.” They replied, “May Yahweh bless you.”
So Joseph settled his father and brothers in the choicest part of the land of Egypt, in the district of Rameses, as Pharaoh had commanded.
Joshua spoke God’s blessing over Caleb son of Jephunneh and gave him Hebron as his inheritance.
