These thirty-three were the sons that Jacob and Leah had while in Paddan-Aram, besides his daughter Dinah.
Leah’s sons were Reuben (Jacob’s firstborn), Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun.
When he was forty, he married Rebekah. She was the daughter of Bethuel and the sister of Laban. Both her father and brother were Arameans from Paddan-Aram.
Zebulun and his sons: Sered, Elon, and Jahleel.
Gad and his sons: Zephon, Haggi, Shuni, Ezbon, Eri, Arodi, and Areli.
