And if she replies, saying, “Drink, and I will also draw water for your camels,” then I might know that she is the young woman Yahweh has chosen for my master’s son.’

Then Yahweh-God used the portion of Adam’s side and skillfully crafted a woman and presented her to him.

I will say to one of the girls, ‘Please, lower your jar and give me a drink.’ And if she is the right one, the girl whom you have chosen to be a wife for your servant Isaac, then let her say to me, ‘Drink, and I will also draw water for your camels.’ By this sign I will know that you have shown your gracious love to my master.”

I’m here standing at this well. May the right girl for my master’s son come out to draw water. And when she does, I will say to her “Please give me a little drink from your jar.”

“Before I had even finished my heartfelt prayer, there was Rebekah coming out with her water jar on her shoulder! After she went down to the well and filled her jar, I said to her, ‘Please give me a drink.’

We may toss the coin and roll the dice, but God’s will is greater than luck.

When a man finds a wife, he has found a treasure! For she is the gift of God to bring him joy and pleasure. But the one who divorces a good woman loses what is good from his house. To choose an adulteress is both stupid and ungodly.

You can inherit houses and land from your parents, but a good wife only comes as a gracious gift from God!

But a person of honor has honorable plans, and his integrity gives him security.

But they should be recognized instead by their beautiful deeds of kindness, suitable as one who worships God.

And show hospitality to strangers, for they may be angels from God showing up as your guests.

Now, this is the goal: to live in harmony with one another and demonstrate affectionate love, sympathy, and kindness toward other believers. Let humility describe who you are as you dearly love one another.
