Then Abraham laughed so hard he fell to the ground, saying to himself, “How in the world can a hundred-year-old man become a father? How can my wife Sarah get pregnant at ninety?”
flames burst from the rock and ascended upward to heaven from the altar. The Angel of Yahweh, wrapped in the flames of fire, ascended into the sky. Dazed, Manoah and his wife fell facedown to the ground in worship.

So I got up and went down into the valley and behold, the awesome glory of Yahweh manifested in front of me! It was like the vision of glory I had seen by the River Chebar, and I fell facedown.
The radiance of the light encircling the throne had in it every color of the rainbow like on the day of a downpour. This was the appearance of the glory of Yahweh! And when I saw this, I fell on my face. Then, I heard the voice of someone speaking to me.
While they were slaying, I was left alone in the temple. I threw myself facedown on the ground and cried out, “Oh, Lord Yahweh, are you really going to wipe out the remnant of Israel by venting your fury on Jerusalem?”
