“When the appointed time had come, I, Nebuchadnezzar, raised my eyes to heaven, and my sanity returned to me. And I blessed the Most High, praising and glorifying him who lives forever: “His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and his dominion endures from one generation to the next.

You, Yahweh, are King forever and ever! All the nations will perish from your land.

So I cry out to you, my God, Father of eternity, please don’t let me die! I know my life is not yet finished.

So lift your hands and give thanks to God for his marvelous kindness and for his miracles of mercy for those he loves!

Bring your praise as an offering and your thanks as a sacrifice as you sing your story of miracles with a joyful song.

All God accomplishes is flawless, faithful, and fair, and his every word proves trustworthy and true.

I look up to the mountains and hills, longing for God’s help. But then I realize that our true help and protection is only from the Lord, our Creator who made the heavens and the earth.

O God-Enthroned in heaven, I lift my eyes toward you in worship.

You are the Lord who reigns over your never-ending kingdom through all the ages of time and eternity! You are faithful to fulfill every promise you’ve made. You manifest yourself as kindness in all you do.

Lord, you will reign forever! Zion’s God will rule throughout time and eternity! Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

Why don’t you bring me the sacrifices I desire? Bring me your true and sincere thanks, and show your gratitude by keeping your promises to me, the Most High.

In his great and mighty power he rules forever, watching over every movement of every nation. So beware, rebel lands; he knows how to humble you! Pause in his presence

But I will give my thanks to you, Yahweh, for you make everything right in the end. I will sing my highest praise to the God of the Highest Place!

I will be glad and shout in triumph. I will sing praise to your exalted name, O Most High.

It’s so enjoyable to come before you with uncontainable praises spilling from our hearts! How we love to sing our praises over and over to you, to the matchless God, high and exalted over all!

“I will bring punishment to the world for its evil and to the wicked for their sins. I will shatter the arrogance of the proud, and will humble the pride of the high and mighty.

The arrogant will be humbled and the pride of man brought low. Only one will be exalted in that day: Yahweh!

and in the east they give glory to the Lord God! The coastlands magnify the name of Yahweh, the Lord God of Israel!

Only Yahweh is the true and living God, the King of all ages! At his fury the earth trembles, and nations crumble before his wrath.

Is it not from the decree of the Most High that both calamities and good things come?

I heard the man answer who was dressed in linen, hovering above the river. He raised his hands to heaven and swore by him who lives forever, “A time, and two times, and half a time. All this persecution will not end until the opposition of God’s holy people is completely crushed.”

“In the days of those kings of iron and clay, the God of heaven will set up an eternal kingdom that will never be destroyed nor ruled by other people. It will shatter and bring all other kingdoms to an end, and it will stand forever!

It is my royal pleasure to inform you of the mighty signs and wonders that the Most High God has performed for me.

“And the watcher’s order, ‘Leave the stump with its roots in the ground,’ means this: God will restore your kingdom to you once you come to your senses and understand that Heaven rules over all.

“How great are his signs! How overwhelming are his wonders! His kingdom will last forever, and his dominion endures from one generation to the next.”

You will be driven far from human society for seven years. You will make your home with the wild beasts, and you will eat grass like cattle until you have learned that I, the Most High, am sovereign over the kingdoms of men and can give them to whomever I please.”

At the moment I began to praise him, I was restored to my right mind. The Most High gave me back the majesty and splendor of my kingdom. My advisers and noblemen came looking for me. I was restored to my throne, and still more greatness was added to me.

As for you, O king, the Most High God gave your predecessor Nebuchadnezzar kingship, greatness, honor, and majesty.

He was driven away from civilization, for his mind became like that of a beast. He lived with the wild donkeys and ate grass like an ox. His body was bathed with the dew of heaven until finally he acknowledged that the Most High God has dominion over the kingdoms of men and sets over them anyone he wishes.

I hereby decree that throughout my royal dominion, all people everywhere will tremble in fear before the God whom Daniel worships. He is the living God, enduring forever. His kingdom will never be destroyed, and his dominion continues without end.

Then the Ancient of Days conferred upon him dominion, glory, and kingship. People of every nation and language group worshiped him. His dominion is everlasting and will never pass away, and his kingdom will never be destroyed.

Then the Most High will give to his holy ones the kingdom and the dominion and the grandeur of all the kingdoms on earth. All rulers and authorities will serve and obey him, for his kingdom is everlasting.”

Yahweh, you have waited for the right moment to unleash this calamity upon us. Yahweh, our God, you are just and right in all that you have done, for we defiantly ignored your voice.

He will reign as King of Israel forever, and his reign will have no limit.”

“The tax collector stood alone in a corner, away from the Holy Place, and covered his face in his hands, feeling that he was unworthy even to look up to God. Beating his breast, he sobbed with brokenness and tears saying, ‘God, please, in your mercy and because of the blood sacrifice, forgive me, for I am nothing but the most miserable of all sinners!’

For as the Father is the source of life, so he has given the Son the power to impart life.

Because of this my praises rise to the King of all the universe who is indestructible, invisible, and full of glory, the only God who is worthy of the highest honors throughout all of time and throughout the eternity of eternities! Amen!

He alone is the immortal God, living in the unapproachable light of divine glory! No one has ever seen his fullness, nor can they, for all the glory and endless authority of the universe belongs to him, forever and ever. Amen!

and swore an oath by him who lives for an eternity of eternities, the Creator of heaven and earth and sea and all that is in them: No more delay!

Then the seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and a loud voice broke forth in heaven, saying: “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our God and of his Anointed One! He will reign supreme for an eternity of eternities!”

the twenty-four elders fell facedown before the one seated on the throne and they worshiped the one who lives forever and ever. And they surrendered their crowns before the throne, singing:

And whenever the living creatures gave glory, honor, and thanks to the One who is enthroned and who lives forever and ever,
