Daniel 1:2

The Passion Translation

My Lord gave Nebuchadnezzar victory over King Jehoiakim and permitted the Babylonian ruler to remove some of the sacred vessels belonging to the temple of the true God. Nebuchadnezzar carried them away to the land of Babylon and placed the sacred vessels into the temple treasury of his own gods.

Jeremiah 25:1

Jeremiah 27:16

And to the priests and to all the people I said: “Do not listen to the words of the prophets who lie to you, saying, ‘The holy vessels plundered from Yahweh’s temple are going to be brought back to you soon from Babylon,’ for they prophesy falsely to you, declares Yahweh.

Within two years, I will return all the temple treasures of Yahweh that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon carried off from here and took to Babylon.

I will punish Bel, the god of Babylon, and make him give back what he has stolen. The people will no longer stream to him to bring him their offering. The walls of Babylon have fallen.”

Daniel 5:13

Then Daniel was brought into the presence of King Belshazzar, and the king asked him, “So, you are the Daniel of the Jewish exiles my predecessor brought here from Judah?

As for you, O king, the Most High God gave your predecessor Nebuchadnezzar kingship, greatness, honor, and majesty.

Judges 2:14

They caused the anger of Yahweh to be kindled against Israel, and he handed them over to invaders, who plundered them. He surrendered them to their enemies on all sides, and they could no longer defend themselves.
