The Message

God guards knowledge with a passion, but he’ll have nothing to do with deception.

The Holy Man sent a message to the king of Israel: “Watch out when you’re passing this place, because Aram has set an ambush there.”

The integrity of the honest keeps them on track; the deviousness of crooks brings them to ruin.

God loves the pure-hearted and well-spoken; good leaders also delight in their friendship.

The loafer says, “There’s a lion on the loose! If I go out I’ll be eaten alive!”
