Less is more and more is less. One righteous will outclass fifty wicked, For the wicked are moral weaklings but the righteous are God-strong.

God’s blessing makes life rich; nothing we do can improve on God.

A simple life in the Fear-of-God is better than a rich life with a ton of headaches.

Moral dropouts won’t listen to their elders; welcoming correction is a mark of good sense.

Perceptive words spread knowledge; fools are hollow—there’s nothing to them.

Far better to be right and poor than to be wrong and rich.

Valuables are safe in a wise person’s home; fools put it all out for yard sales.

God’s curse blights the house of the wicked, but he blesses the home of the righteous. He gives proud skeptics a cold shoulder, but if you’re down on your luck, he’s right there to help. Wise living gets rewarded with honor; stupid living gets the booby prize.

One handful of peaceful repose Is better than two fistfuls of worried work— More spitting into the wind.
