Now we know that whatever the law says it speaks to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be stopped, and the whole world may be held accountable to God.

to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons.

But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.

"He will guard the feet of his faithful ones, but the wicked shall be cut off in darkness, for not by might shall a man prevail.
