In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.

I call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies.

Then the Levites, Jeshua, Kadmiel, Bani, Hashabneiah, Sherebiah, Hodiah, Shebaniah, and Pethahiah, said, "Stand up and bless the LORD your God from everlasting to everlasting. Blessed be your glorious name, which is exalted above all blessing and praise.

I will get my knowledge from afar and ascribe righteousness to my Maker.

I call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies.

Ascribe power to God, whose majesty is over Israel, and whose power is in the skies.

For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.

The LORD has made everything for its purpose, even the wicked for the day of trouble.

Lift up your eyes on high and see: who created these? He who brings out their host by number, calling them all by name, by the greatness of his might, and because he is strong in power not one is missing.

Have you not known? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable.

Thus shall you say to them: "The gods who did not make the heavens and the earth shall perish from the earth and from under the heavens."[3]

'Ah, Lord GOD! It is you who has made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm! Nothing is too hard for you.

"Men, why are you doing these things? We also are men, of like nature with you, and we bring you good news, that you should turn from these vain things to a living God, who made the heaven and the earth and the sea and all that is in them.

The God who made the world and everything in it, being Lord of heaven and earth, does not live in temples made by man,[2]

For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory forever. Amen.

and to bring to light for everyone what is the plan of the mystery hidden for ages in[2] God who created all things,

"The Rock, his work is perfect, for all his ways are justice. A God of faithfulness and without iniquity, just and upright is he.

And, "You, Lord, laid the foundation of the earth in the beginning, and the heavens are the work of your hands;

but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed the heir of all things, through whom also he created the world.

and made us a kingdom, priests to his God and Father, to him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

and swore by him who lives forever and ever, who created heaven and what is in it, the earth and what is in it, and the sea and what is in it, that there would be no more delay,

And he said with a loud voice, "Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come, and worship him who made heaven and earth, the sea and the springs of water."

After this I heard what seemed to be the loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, crying out, "Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God,

saying with a loud voice, "Worthy is the Lamb who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing!"

And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, "Who is worthy to open the scroll and break its seals?"

And they sang a new song, saying, "Worthy are you to take the scroll and to open its seals, for you were slain, and by your blood you ransomed people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation,
