that the exulting of the wicked is short, and the joy of the godless but for a moment?

Ah, sword of the LORD! How long till you are quiet? Put yourself into your scabbard; rest and be still!

O LORD, how long shall I cry for help, and you will not hear? Or cry to you "Violence!" and you will not save?

They cried out with a loud voice, "O Sovereign Lord, holy and true, how long before you will judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?"
