"And now, O Lord, for what do I wait? My hope is in you.

I wait for your salvation, O LORD.

Though he slay me, I will hope in him;[1] yet I will argue my ways to his face.

He comes out like a flower and withers; he flees like a shadow and continues not.

I hope for your salvation, O LORD, and I do your commandments.

My soul longs for your salvation; I hope in your word.

But for you, O LORD, do I wait; it is you, O Lord my God, who will answer.

Their graves are their homes forever,[1] their dwelling places to all generations, though they called lands by their own names.
