Those who render me evil for good accuse me because I follow after good.

Bring me out of prison, that I may give thanks to your name! The righteous will surround me, for you will deal bountifully with me.

Consider how many are my foes, and with what violent hatred they hate me.

They repay me evil for good; my soul is bereft.[4]

Let not those rejoice over me who are wrongfully my foes, and let not those wink the eye who hate me without cause.

And David and his men went to Keilah and fought with the Philistines and brought away their livestock and struck them with a great blow. So David saved the inhabitants of Keilah.

They were a wall to us both by night and by day, all the while we were with them keeping the sheep.

Now David had said, "Surely in vain have I guarded all that this fellow has in the wilderness, so that nothing was missed of all that belonged to him, and he has returned me evil for good.
