But you, O GOD my Lord, deal on my behalf for your name's sake; because your steadfast love is good, deliver me!
Answer me, O LORD, for your steadfast love is good; according to your abundant mercy, turn to me.
For you are my rock and my fortress; and for your name's sake you lead me and guide me;
Because your steadfast love is better than life, my lips will praise you.

But you, O Lord, are a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness.
For you, O Lord, are good and forgiving, abounding in steadfast love to all who call upon you.
But I am afflicted and in pain; let your salvation, O God, set me on high!
He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness[2] for his name's sake.
