Sheol is naked before God,[1] and Abaddon has no covering.

Sheol and Abaddon lie open before the LORD; how much more the hearts of the children of man!

For all that is in the world -- the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride in possessions -- is not from the Father but is from the world.
