And he went and lived in a city called Nazareth, that what was spoken by the prophets might be fulfilled: "He shall be called a Nazarene."

All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had spoken by the prophet:

And the crowds said, "This is the prophet Jesus, from Nazareth of Galilee."

And when he went out to the entrance, another servant girl saw him, and she said to the bystanders, "This man was with Jesus of Nazareth."

"What have you to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are -- the Holy One of God."

In those days Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan.

In the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a city of Galilee named Nazareth,

They told him, "Jesus of Nazareth is passing by."

And when they had performed everything according to the Law of the Lord, they returned into Galilee, to their own town of Nazareth.

They answered him, "Jesus of Nazareth." Jesus said to them, "I am he."[1] Judas, who betrayed him, was standing with them.

So he asked them again, "Whom do you seek?" And they said, "Jesus of Nazareth."

Pilate also wrote an inscription and put it on the cross. It read, "Jesus of Nazareth, the King of the Jews."

"Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a man attested to you by God with mighty works and wonders and signs that God did through him in your midst, as you yourselves know --

For we have found this man a plague, one who stirs up riots among all the Jews throughout the world and is a ringleader of the sect of the Nazarenes.

for behold, you shall conceive and bear a son. No razor shall come upon his head, for the child shall be a Nazirite to God from the womb, and he shall begin to save Israel from the hand of the Philistines."

And she vowed a vow and said, "O LORD of hosts, if you will indeed look on the affliction of your servant and remember me and not forget your servant, but will give to your servant a son, then I will give him to the LORD all the days of his life, and no razor shall touch his head."
