Of old you spoke in a vision to your godly one,[3] and said: "I have granted help to one who is mighty; I have exalted one chosen from the people.

And the Spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and the fear of the LORD.

For he whom God has sent utters the words of God, for he gives the Spirit without measure.
