While he was in one of the cities, there came a man full of leprosy.[1] And when he saw Jesus, he fell on his face and begged him, "Lord, if you will, you can make me clean."

But the tax collector, standing far off, would not even lift up his eyes to heaven, but beat his breast, saying, 'God, be merciful to me, a sinner!'

Now there were four men who were lepers[3] at the entrance to the gate. And they said to one another, "Why are we sitting here until we die?

Therefore the leprosy of Naaman shall cling to you and to your descendants forever." So he went out from his presence a leper, like snow.

But the LORD said to Moses, "If her father had but spit in her face, should she not be shamed seven days? Let her be shut outside the camp seven days, and after that she may be brought in again."

Then God said, "Put your hand back inside your cloak." So he put his hand back inside his cloak, and when he took it out, behold, it was restored like the rest of his flesh.
