And Aaron's sons the priests shall arrange the pieces, the head, and the fat, on the wood that is on the fire on the altar;

And the fat of the sin offering he shall burn on the altar.

And the priest shall burn them on the altar as a food offering with a pleasing aroma. All fat is the LORD's.

And he shall lay his hand on the head of his offering and kill it at the entrance of the tent of meeting, and Aaron's sons the priests shall throw the blood against the sides of the altar.

and the two kidneys with the fat that is on them at the loins, and the long lobe of the liver that he shall remove with the kidneys.

(just as these are taken from the ox of the sacrifice of the peace offerings); and the priest shall burn them on the altar of burnt offering.

His own hands shall bring the LORD's food offerings. He shall bring the fat with the breast, that the breast may be waved as a wave offering before the LORD.

The priest shall burn them on the altar as a food offering to the LORD; it is a guilt offering.

But the fat and the kidneys and the long lobe of the liver from the sin offering he burned on the altar, as the LORD commanded Moses.

But blessed are your eyes, for they see, and your ears, for they hear.

" 'This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me;

and hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.

We know that our old self[1] was crucified with him in order that the body of sin might be brought to nothing, so that we would no longer be enslaved to sin.

Moreover, before the fat was burned, the priest's servant would come and say to the man who was sacrificing, "Give meat for the priest to roast, for he will not accept boiled meat from you but only raw."
