I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, that you should not be their slaves. And I have broken the bars of your yoke and made you walk erect.

O LORD, I am your servant; I am your servant, the son of your maidservant. You have loosed my bonds.

And the LORD hardened the heart of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and he pursued the people of Israel while the people of Israel were going out defiantly.

"Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel: I have broken the yoke of the king of Babylon.

I will also bring back to this place Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim, king of Judah, and all the exiles from Judah who went to Babylon, declares the LORD, for I will break the yoke of the king of Babylon."

At Tehaphnehes the day shall be dark, when I break there the yoke bars of Egypt, and her proud might shall come to an end in her; she shall be covered by a cloud, and her daughters shall go into captivity.

And the trees of the field shall yield their fruit, and the earth shall yield its increase, and they shall be secure in their land. And they shall know that I am the LORD, when I break the bars of their yoke, and deliver them from the hand of those who enslaved them.

I led them with cords of kindness,[1] with the bands of love, and I became to them as one who eases the yoke on their jaws, and I bent down to them and fed them.

I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt to give you the land of Canaan, and to be your God.

For they are my servants,[3] whom I brought out of the land of Egypt; they shall not be sold as slaves.

For it is to me that the people of Israel are servants.[4] They are my servants whom I brought out of the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.

And now I will break his yoke from off you and will burst your bonds apart."
