And this shall be a statute forever for you, that atonement may be made for the people of Israel once in the year because of all their sins." And Moses did as the LORD commanded him.

In the tent of meeting, outside the veil that is before the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall tend it from evening to morning before the LORD. It shall be a statute forever to be observed throughout their generations by the people of Israel.

Aaron shall make atonement on its horns once a year. With the blood of the sin offering of atonement he shall make atonement for it once in the year throughout your generations. It is most holy to the LORD."

And Moses saw all the work, and behold, they had done it; as the LORD had commanded, so had they done it. Then Moses blessed them.

And you shall not do any work on that very day, for it is a Day of Atonement, to make atonement for you before the LORD your God.

You shall not do any work. It is a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwelling places.

So Moses spoke to the people of Israel, and they brought out of the camp the one who had cursed and stoned him with stones. Thus the people of Israel did as the LORD commanded Moses.

It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations, in all your dwelling places, that you eat neither fat nor blood."

"On the tenth day of this seventh month you shall have a holy convocation and afflict yourselves. You shall do no work,

For by a single offering he has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified.

But in these sacrifices there is a reminder of sin every year.

Nor was it to offer himself repeatedly, as the high priest enters the holy places every year with blood not his own,

but into the second only the high priest goes, and he but once a year, and not without taking blood, which he offers for himself and for the unintentional sins of the people.
