This is the law about beast and bird and every living creature that moves through the waters and every creature that swarms on the ground,

and the priest shall examine the diseased area on the skin of his body. And if the hair in the diseased area has turned white and the disease appears to be deeper than the skin of his body, it is a case of leprous disease. When the priest has examined him, he shall pronounce him unclean.

"This shall be the law of the leprous person for the day of his cleansing. He shall be brought to the priest,

This is the law for him in whom is a case of leprous disease, who cannot afford the offerings for his cleansing."

And he shall let the live bird go out of the city into the open country. So he shall make atonement for the house, and it shall be clean."

This is the law for him who has a discharge and for him who has an emission of semen, becoming unclean thereby;

"And this is the law of the grain offering. The sons of Aaron shall offer it before the LORD in front of the altar.

"Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying, This is the law of the sin offering. In the place where the burnt offering is killed shall the sin offering be killed before the LORD; it is most holy.

"Command Aaron and his sons, saying, This is the law of the burnt offering. The burnt offering shall be on the hearth on the altar all night until the morning, and the fire of the altar shall be kept burning on it.

"This is the law of the guilt offering. It is most holy.

This is the law of the burnt offering, of the grain offering, of the sin offering, of the guilt offering, of the ordination offering, and of the peace offering,

"This is the law when someone dies in a tent: everyone who comes into the tent and everyone who is in the tent shall be unclean seven days.

"This is the law in cases of jealousy, when a wife, though under her husband's authority, goes astray and defiles herself,

"And this is the law for the Nazirite, when the time of his separation has been completed: he shall be brought to the entrance of the tent of meeting,

"Take care, in a case of leprous[1] disease, to be very careful to do according to all that the Levitical priests shall direct you. As I commanded them, so you shall be careful to do.
