And every person who eats what dies of itself or what is torn by beasts, whether he is a native or a sojourner, shall wash his clothes and bathe himself in water and be unclean until the evening; then he shall be clean.

None of the offspring of Aaron who has a leprous disease or a discharge may eat of the holy things until he is clean. Whoever touches anything that is unclean through contact with the dead or a man who has had an emission of semen,

the person who touches such a thing shall be unclean until the evening and shall not eat of the holy things unless he has bathed his body in water.

He shall not eat what dies of itself or is torn by beasts, and so make himself unclean by it: I am the LORD.'

"Whoever touches the dead body of any person shall be unclean seven days.

Whoever in the open field touches someone who was killed with a sword or who died naturally, or touches a human bone or a grave, shall be unclean seven days.

Then the priest shall wash his clothes and bathe his body in water, and afterward he may come into the camp. But the priest shall be unclean until evening.
