And you shall speak my words to them, whether they hear or refuse to hear, for they are a rebellious house.

"Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel. Whenever you hear a word from my mouth, you shall give them warning from me.

"Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and call out against it, for their evil[1] has come up before me."

Then the word of the LORD came to Jonah the second time, saying,

So Jonah arose and went to Nineveh, according to the word of the LORD. Now Nineveh was an exceedingly great city,[1] three days' journey in breadth.[2]

Bear fruit in keeping with repentance.

Afterward Jesus found him in the temple and said to him, "See, you are well! Sin no more, that nothing worse may happen to you."
