Already the one who reaps is receiving wages and gathering fruit for eternal life, so that sower and reaper may rejoice together.

The wicked earns deceptive wages, but one who sows righteousness gets a sure reward.

The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and whoever captures souls is wise.

And those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the sky above;[1] and those who turn many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever.

And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or lands, for my name's sake, will receive a hundredfold[3] and will inherit eternal life.

Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.

but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty forever. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life."

For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

For if I do this of my own will, I have a reward, but not of my own will, I am still entrusted with a stewardship.

What then is my reward? That in my preaching I may present the gospel free of charge, so as not to make full use of my right in the gospel.

For what is our hope or joy or crown of boasting before our Lord Jesus at his coming? Is it not you?

Keep a close watch on yourself and on the teaching. Persist in this, for by so doing you will save both yourself and your hearers.
