Has this house, which is called by my name, become a den of robbers in your eyes? Behold, I myself have seen it, declares the LORD.

And Jesus entered the temple[2] and drove out all who sold and bought in the temple, and he overturned the tables of the money-changers and the seats of those who sold pigeons.

He said to them, "It is written, 'My house shall be called a house of prayer,' but you make it a den of robbers."

But they paid no attention and went off, one to his farm, another to his business,

And he was teaching them and saying to them, "Is it not written, 'My house shall be called a house of prayer for all the nations'? But you have made it a den of robbers."

And he said to them, "Why were you looking for me? Did you not know that I must be in my Father's house?"[7]

My Father, who has given them to me,[1] is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand.

And making a whip of cords, he drove them all out of the temple, with the sheep and oxen. And he poured out the coins of the money-changers and overturned their tables.

Jesus said to her, "Do not cling to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to my brothers and say to them, 'I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.' "

But Jesus answered them, "My Father is working until now, and I am working."

Jesus answered, "I do not have a demon, but I honor my Father, and you dishonor me.

and constant friction among people who are depraved in mind and deprived of the truth, imagining that godliness is a means of gain.

And in their greed they will exploit you with false words. Their condemnation from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep.
