Why do you spend your money for that which is not bread, and your labor for that which does not satisfy? Listen diligently to me, and eat what is good, and delight yourselves in rich food.

And your food that you eat shall be by weight, twenty shekels[3] a day; from day to day[4] you shall eat it.

So I bought her for fifteen shekels of silver and a homer and a lethech[1] of barley.
