God is not man, that he should lie, or a son of man, that he should change his mind. Has he said, and will he not do it? Or has he spoken, and will he not fulfill it?

in hope of eternal life, which God, who never lies, promised before the ages began[2]

But if you will not obey the voice of the LORD, but rebel against the commandment of the LORD, then the hand of the LORD will be against you and your king.[6]

But if you still do wickedly, you shall be swept away, both you and your king."

And also the Glory of Israel will not lie or have regret, for he is not a man, that he should have regret."
