Is he then to keep on emptying his net and mercilessly killing nations forever?

"Behold, his soul is puffed up; it is not upright within him, but the righteous shall live by his faith.[1]

and to aspire to live quietly, and to mind your own affairs, and to work with your hands, as we instructed you,

But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, "God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble."
