Beware lest you say in your heart, 'My power and the might of my hand have gotten me this wealth.'

The LORD makes poor and makes rich; he brings low and he exalts.

But David said, "You shall not do so, my brothers, with what the LORD has given us. He has preserved us and given into our hand the band that came against us.
