So Solomon expelled Abiathar from being priest to the LORD, thus fulfilling the word of the LORD that he had spoken concerning the house of Eli in Shiloh.

But the man who was wronging his neighbor thrust him aside, saying, 'Who made you a ruler and a judge over us?

and the spirits of prophets are subject to prophets.

And Gilead's wife also bore him sons. And when his wife's sons grew up, they drove Jephthah out and said to him, "You shall not have an inheritance in our father's house, for you are the son of another woman."
